Frequently Asked Questions

How much does junk removal cost?
A full 12-yard load is $799 plus GST, and every job has a $499 minimum. Each load includes up to 1 tonne. Extra weight is $200 per tonne.

How do I get a price?
Text us a few photos at 604-332-8494 and we'll send a price range. When we arrive, we measure the load and give you one flat price before anything goes on the truck. If you say no, you owe nothing.

Are there extra charges?
Only for certain items, and we tell you first. Mattresses or box springs are $40 each. Fridges, freezers and AC units are $40. Tires are $20 for a car or $30 for a truck, plus $10 if it's on a rim. The first flight of stairs is free, then it's $25 per flight.

What's included?
Loading, hauling, sorting for donation and recycling, disposal fees for the load you're quoted, and a broom sweep of the cleared area.

What can't you take?
Hazardous items like paint or solvents with contents, fuel and oil, propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos, used drywall, mouldy material, biohazards, sharps, medications, firearms, ammo and loose batteries.

Do I need to be home?
Not for curbside or driveway pickups. Put everything in the agreed spot and we'll text you the price. We only load once you text back OK.

What should I do before you arrive?
Take out anything you want to keep, and check drawers, pockets and boxes. Unplug appliances and empty them. Once items are loaded they can't be returned.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free with at least 24 hours' notice. If we show up and can't get in, or the items aren't ready, there's a $99 call-out fee.

Do you guarantee your work?
100% satisfaction guaranteed. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.

Where does my junk go?
Only to licensed transfer stations, recycling depots and donation partners. We never dump illegally.

Do you work with property managers and realtors?
Yes. Approved accounts get one monthly invoice and 10% off when they book 3 or more loads in a calendar month.
