Clearing a loved one's home or getting a house ready to sell is a lot. We work at your pace, set aside anything that looks personal, and leave the space swept and ready.

Flat price confirmed on site before loading. Loading, disposal up to 1 tonne per load and a broom sweep. Sorting for donation and recycling where practical. A photo when it's done. One local crew start to finish, no surprise fees.

HOW WE HELP

- Photos or a video first for a price range, usually the same or next day. Then one flat price confirmed on site before anything is loaded.

- You or your family remove keepsakes first. We set aside anything that looks personal, like photos or documents.

- We sort for donation and recycling where practical.

- Broom sweep when done, ready for cleaners, stagers or photos.

- Before and after photos for executors and realtors.

WHO CAN BOOK

The owner, the executor or administrator, an attorney under a power of attorney, or a realtor with the owner's written permission. We may ask for written confirmation of authority.

PRICING

Priced by load. Job minimum $499 plus GST (up to 6 cubic yards). Full 12-yard load $799 plus GST. Each additional 12-yard load on the same job $749. Every other extra is on our pricing page. If it's not right for you, say no at the walkthrough and you owe nothing.
