The easiest way to clear a lot of junk. Put everything in one spot outside, text us a few photos, and we'll send you a price range, usually the same or next day. You don't need to be home.

INCLUDED IN EVERY JOB

Flat price confirmed on site before loading. Loading, disposal up to 1 tonne per load and a broom sweep. Sorting for donation and recycling where practical. A photo when it's done. One local crew start to finish, no surprise fees.

WHAT IT COSTS

Job minimum $499 plus GST (up to 6 cubic yards). Full 12-yard load $799 plus GST. Each load includes up to 1 tonne. Mattresses, fridges and freezers $40 each. Every other extra is on our pricing page.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pile it in the agreed spot, curb or driveway.

2. Text a few photos to 604-332-8494. We send a price range, usually the same or next day.

3. When we arrive, we measure the load and give you one flat price before anything is loaded. If you're not home, we text you the price and only load once you text back OK. If we don't hear back, we don't load, and there's no charge. Say no and you owe nothing.

4. We load, haul and sweep, then text you a photo.

TIPS

- Keep it off the road and clear of cars.

- Cover it if rain is coming. Wet loads can cost more to dump.

- Keep hazardous items out (see What We Take).
